Kiddush
YIPC offers a number of different cold or hot kiddush sponsorship options (New prices effective August 1, 2023):
Standard Sponsored Cold Kiddush ($350): Assortment of cookies, crackers, pretzels, chips, soft drinks, fruit bowls and vegetable platters with dressing/dip.
Deluxe Cold Kiddush ($550): Assortment of cookies, crackers, pretzels, chips, soft drinks, fruit bowls and vegetable platters with dressing/dip. Tuna fish salad and dips/spreads (e.g. hummus, babaganoush, guacamole, vegetarian liver etc)
Premium Cold Kiddush ($750): Assortment of cookies, crackers, pretzels, chips, soft drinks, fruit bowls and vegetable platters with dressing/dip. Tuna fish salad and dips/spreads (e.g. hummus, babaganoush, guacamole, vegetarian liver etc) plus fish (herring and / or gefilte fish) and 3 salads (for example, sesame noodle salad, corn and pea salad, cucumber salad etc.)
Enhancements: Each of the three options above can be enhanced with hot kugel or chulent for $400. The “hot” enhancement includes a selection of 4 kugels (3 potato kugels and 1 noodle kugel is recommended) or 2 trays of chulent.
Additional points:
1) All food, drinks and serving items / paper goods are included.
2) Set up and clean-up are done by YIPC volunteers using use plastic serving bowls and plastic disposable table coverings. Requests for fancy serving platters, bowls or displays cannot be accommodated.
3) No other food may be used (if not supplied by YIPC)
4) The food is planned for the number of people who attend a regular Young Israel Shabbos morning service. If you are expecting to invite a small number of people from outside the shul, please let us know so that can be factored into the plans (and if necessary a price adjustment may be required).
5) Although there is no facility rental fee for Sponsorships, this method is not recommended for larger numbers of people. To accommodate a larger crowd, the hall must be rented and a caterer must be hired.

Shalosh Seudos
Shalosh Seudos sponsorship is $180
Shalosh seudos set-up will vary, but typically includes cold salads, cookies, chips, fruit and fish (e.g tuna and/or herring) or egg salad. Rolls and soft drinks are always included.
To sponsor a Shalosh Seudos, please contact the Shalosh Seudos coordinator via sponsorships@yipc.org.
1) Prices include all food, drinks and serving items / paper goods, as well as set-up and clean-up
2) No other food may be used (if not supplied by YIPC)
3) There is no rental fee. The only charge is $60 as described above.
4) The prices above are based on the typical YIPC shabbos mincha minyan attendance plus approximately 5 outside invited guests. If a larger attendance is expected, please discuss with the sponsorship coordinator to ensure that there will be sufficient food and supplies for the added guests. Prices may be increased accordingly.
